At the Best Western Waterfront we can accommodate most groups.   Normally, we block off the rooms and hold them under your group block up until approximately three weeks preceding your event, allowing sufficient times for your guests to book their rooms. After the release date guests are welcome to call and book rooms, but rates and availability are not guaranteed.  This is the "normal" process.  If these guidelines do not meet  your needs, we can work with you to accommodate your needs.

To secure a block of rooms for your group, we need the date of your event, contact information, and a credit card to hold the group block. 

When guests make their reservations, mentioning your group, we will obtain their credit card number for billing.  The unused rooms will be released on the release date and your credit card will not be billed, unless you yourself have booked rooms under the block.
